Crayfish also known as Craw-fish are smoked/dried and ground. Ground crayfish is a fantastic seasoning used in preparing most African soups sauces and foods. Our natural crayfish are sourced from local African fishermen who get them from rivers as opposed to those grown in mega fish farms. You will taste the difference when you season your food with our ground crayfish.
